Principal's Message

Dear Lindbergh Family,

My name is Mrs. Jasmin Harris and it is an honor to introduce myself as the new Principal of Lindbergh Elementary School.  I am very excited to meet you and to partner with you to provide a safe learning environment for your child that is enriched in academic excellence.  My professional experience in Lynwood has spanned over twenty one years. During my tenure, I taught for fifteen years as a teacher leader, and I have also had the opportunity to engage with our district educational partners on various district committees, such as LCAP and English Language Learners. As a site administrator, I served as an Assistant Principal at Cesar Chavez Middle School for one year and an Assistant Principal at Hosler Middle School for five years.  I am excited to join the Lindbergh Family and am so grateful for the opportunity to serve you and to be a part of a staff that is committed to providing the best academic and social experiences for all students. I am confident that our work together will improve the lives, futures, and trajectory of our Lindbergh Elementary students. Together, we will work hard to foster a nurturing school culture of collaboration, connection, respect, and trust. We are looking forward to an eventful and dynamic school year. Go Flyers!

Estimada familia Lindbergh,

Mi nombre es Sra. Jasmin Harris y es un honor presentarme como la nueva Directora de la Escuela Primaria Lindbergh. Estoy muy emocionada de conocerlo y asociarme con usted para brindar un ambiente de aprendizaje seguro para su hijo que se enriquezca en excelencia académica. Mi experiencia profesional en Lynwood abarca más de veintiún años. Durante mi mandato, enseñé por quince años como maestro líder y también tuve la oportunidad de participar con nuestros socios educativos del distrito en varios comités del distrito, como LCAP y Estudiantes del idioma inglés. Como administradora del sitio, me desempeñé como subdirectora en la Escuela Intermedia César Chávez por un año y como subdirectora en la Escuela Intermedia Hosler por cinco años. Estoy emocionada de unirme a la familia Lindbergh y estoy muy agradecida por la oportunidad de servirle. Confío en que nuestro trabajo conjunto mejorará las vidas, el futuro y la trayectoria de nuestros estudiantes de la escuela primaria Lindbergh. Juntos, trabajaremos arduamente para fomentar una cultura escolar enriquecedora de colaboración, conexión, respeto y confianza.
